Food

Thai food is incredible – that’s no secret. You’ll be able to find the star dishes of your favourite restaurants (like Pad Thai) anywhere, but it’s worth sampling some of the regional specialties. Northern cuisine features more herbs and favours rustic cooking techniques, while southern dishes turn up the heat balanced by the heavy use of coconut milk.
